        The Reverend Marilyn Gamm is a Presbyterian Teaching Elder/Minister of the Word and Sacrament. Before accepting the call to serve Dale Heights beginning in February of 2006, she had served Presbyterian and Lutheran churches in Missouri, Kentucky, Indiana, Kansas, and Illinois. 
        Pastor Marilyn is originally from rural Bowling Green, Missouri, and was a broadcast journalist and executive in Missouri for nine years before going to Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky.
        She moved to Madison from the Chicago area, where she moved when she married her spouse, Craig Howard, whom she met while she served as Director of Admissions at Louisville Seminary and he was in the same position for McCormick Theological Seminary in Chicago. Craig is currently serving as a chief development officer for McCormick, deployed to Madison.  He is also Pastor of Bryn Mawr Presbyterian Church in Cottage Grove, WI.  Craig has two daughters: Jackie and Judy Howard. 
        One of Pastor Marilyn's favorite mottoes is from Montesquieu: “It is always the adventurers that accomplish great things”.
        Among her hobbies and interests are gardening, cooking, clothing design (she designed and made her clerical vestments), new worshiping communities, church transformation, and genealogy.  To read information about her Scottish ancestry click the following link:  Scottish Cultural Talk

Transformation Coach:  Clara Thompson

    The Rev. Clara Thompson is a Presbyterian Minister of the Word and Sacrament, Honorably Retired.  Clara began working with Dale Heights as our Transformation Coach for the next three years in January 2011, resourcing and training our Transformation Coordinating Team as Dale Heights becomes a more missional congregation.
            Clara was Pastor of First Presbyterian Church in Oregon, Wisconsin for 30 years, from which she retired in  2009.  She is married to Paul Thompson and they live in Madison.  We welcome her leadership during this important time in our Dale Heights church family's life and ministry.

        Maggie Rogers joined the Dale Heights staff as music director in June of 2004.  Maggie holds a degree in music education from Illinois Wesleyan University, and has done graduate work in music education and music therapy at the University of Kansas.  She and her husband Brian live in the village of Dane with their two children, Abigail and Ian. 
        In October of 2010, Maggie took on the administrative assistant position as well.

        Rick Geiger joined our Dale Heights staff in 2009. Rick lives in Madison.
